Legal certainty, transparency and ISO support for plant and test management

MAQSIMA is the joint venture of CERTINA IT with headquarters in Sulzbach / Saar. MAQSIMA develops IT solutions for the legally compliant and ISO-supported technical management of assets, laboratories, testing, production and maintenance processes.

MAQSIMA was founded in 1999 against the background of increasing liability risks for companies in material, quality and safety management. In 2001 it merged with i-punkt software GmbH, which was founded in 1990, under the umbrella of the TÜV Saarland Group. The product portfolio was thus supplemented by renowned software solutions for maintenance (ALWIN) and laboratory management (LABORA). Their goal: The analysis of business processes for the optimal adaptation of MAQSIMA solutions to individual customer requirements. MAQSIMA GmbH has been DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 certified since the beginning of 2003. In September 2006 CERTINA IT took over the majority share of MAQSIMA. Since then it is a joint venture of TÜV Saarland and CERTINA IT.
